I'm Kelly Scott, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist based in Peterborough, Ontario. I'm passionate about supporting people as they navigate life's ups and downs, and I believe that no one should have to face these challenges alone.

My approach is collaborative—I see you as the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with empathy, care, and encouragement. Together, we'll focus on your strengths and work toward solutions that feel right for you.

I often support individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and major life changes, always through a trauma-informed and client-centered lens. While I have a special interest in working with women aged 18 and older, I also welcome and value the opportunity to support men and individuals who are gender-diverse.

At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change is possible, and I'm here to provide a safe, supportive space for that journey.
